“The 20mins drive from the airport, was nice. Casa Taos organised our airport transfers which was convenient and perfect.

Driving down the bumpy road to the gates of the venue, was like a scene from a movie – as I watched a couple of children playing football, and a woman walk by with her little child playfully walking beside her.

As we pulled up to the gates of the venue, I felt my heart beat faster with the anticipation of what lay beyond.

My anticipation was small, compared to reality as the gates opened and I caught my first glimpse of – CASA TAOS – I was simply captivated.

Greeted by Mohammed, who doubted as a butler and waiter we walked through the impeccably kept grounds, to our terrace suite, ‘FRIDA’. The suite with the King size extra comfy bed, a sofa (that double up as a bed) a lovely coffee table, GREAT FIRE PLACE with chalk, logs and lighter freshly supplied – was STUNNING and immediately ‘felt like home’. The shower was powerful and the water (especially compared to the British hardwater) was so refreshing on our skin and our hair that we immediately felt the difference. The complimentary shower and bath gel can best be described as ‘fresh’!

All meals were freshly made with a lot of the fruit and veg straight from their garden. We easily got a very personalised waiting service from Hing and Mohammed, plus the kitchen and cleaning staff were always smiley and courteous.

I have been fortunate to travel to a number of countries and stay in a few good hotels – but memories of my time in Casa Taos stand out as being – relaxed, homely, welcoming and refreshing!!!

The peace and tranquility of the grounds … the vast and beautiful gardens …. the delicious and freshly made meals … the fruit trees …. possibly the calmest dogs i have ever seen …. the personalised service from Hing and Mohammed…. lounging by the pool …. the hammocks in the trees ….. ☺️.

I can go on and on. But doing so just makes wanna buy a plane ticket and fly out again.

Simply put, I have already recommended CASA TAOS to family and friends and would definitely love to return sooner rather than later.

The owners Hicham and Karima, have done an outstanding job in creating the perfect tranquil haven for guests.

I have no negative comments about this place! Go see and experience it for yourself.”
