With the break of dawn comes the familiar birdsong, an indicator to our wonderful staff that the pampering of our guests, soon awaits. Breakfast has an assortment of options, surely to delight anyone. Menu options include; freshly squeezed orange juice, jams from the orchard fruits, organic olive oil and tapenade, a variety of homemade breads, pastries, dried fruits, homemade yogurts with fresh orange blossom and our famous “Mlaouis” and “Bighrir”; Moroccan pancakes with honey to rekindle your taste buds. Eating well… is this not the prelude to joy?
For a light lunch at noon, while enjoying the great outdoors, we offer a menu of Salads, Tapas and Grill. Be it shaded under the majestic palm trees or relaxed by the poolside, you´ll be tempted by the welcoming aromas that showcase the fruit, vegetables and herbs from our garden.. The meals are inspired by our desire to concoct tasty, yet equally healthy, balanced cuisine. In a casual setting, Moroccan, Italian and Asian seasonal dishes, such as, Briwats, Crostini, spring rolls with Thai salad, gazpacho and paella, awaits you and yours.
After lunch one can enjoy the good life, sipping traditional Moroccan tea with fresh mint and/or splurging with a nap on our hammocks or comfortable sun loungers. Allowing yourself to fall victim to the serenity of the surroundings, is the first step, to the needed getaway.
Night comes, and with it, our new restaurant “El Gecko” beckons’. This new addition promises pleasant evenings with family and friends. The splendid dining room setting, with its beautiful fireplace, highlights the seasonal dishes offered by our ¨greedy gourmet!¨ chef and co-owner, “Hicham”. Hicham will graciously introduce the great classics of Moroccan cuisine such as Tagines, Pastillas, Couscous and Méchoui. Mediterranean dishes are equally highlighted in the menu with concoctions that reveal the advantages of harvesting ones’ own organic produce.
For romantic evenings, we offer wonderful and intimate candlelit dinners. We also organize guided gastronomic weekends, themed parties, weddings and joyous events
